Congratulations to Hojin and Collin on Passing Their Literature Seminars
We are thrilled to announce that Hojin and Collin have successfully passed their respective Physical Division Literature Seminars, a testament to their hard work and dedication.
Collin’s presentation, titled “Exploring the Membrane Permeability of Withaferin-A and Withanone: Bridging Molecular Dynamics Simulations with Drug Discovery Challenges,” offered an insightful exploration into the membrane permeability of Withaferin-A and Withanone, and how these insights can improve computational drug screening processes.
Hojin’s presentation delved into the cutting-edge realm of computational chemistry with his work “Solubility Prediction with Graph Neural Networks: Data Hunger and Chemical Intuition,” which highlighted the innovative ways graph neural networks can be leveraged to predict compound solubility, overcoming traditional data limitations.
Following their academic accomplishments, the team gathered at Prost Brewing Company to celebrate their milestones.
Join us in celebrating their success!
